It is my pleasure to recommend Joe Diemer of Sound Communications Inc. During the past eight years, I have worked directly with Joe and he has completed numerous projects for me. Joe installed multiple TV iPod players to allow me to play my music in every room of the house; you know how I like my music. Joe also installed the best universal remotes that are so easy to use, even my wife brags that she can use them!

One project in particular illustrates my complete trust in Joe’s work. My wife, Tonya, was not comfortable with our security system in Dodge City, so I flew Joe to Kansas and had him completely redo my home security system. I didn’t consider using anyone else. We also had Joe install the iPod system, with universal remotes, throughout my house in Dodge City.

Joe responds immediately to all my questions and/or problems. His work is first-class and is always professional. Joe reconfirms appointments and as a courtesy, his shoes are always off when he’s working in your home. Joe takes pride in his work; he always neatly ties, labels and organizes the wiring on every project.

I highly recommend Joe Diemer of Sound Communications Inc. as an excellent technician, installer and salesman of automation and audio-visual solutions for residences and businesses. We recently completed a comprehensive remodel of our second home located in Nisswa, Minnesota. Being absentee home owners for extended periods, we were concerned with being able to monitor the status of our property during times we are not there, and while living there, being able to automate the lighting and security systems . We also wanted a solution that was easy for all family members to use and operate. Joe Diemer was recommended by our contractor to develop the right solution.

Mr. Diemer provided us a with a wide assortment of options, including features available in the home automation field of which we were unaware. Based on our input, he developed a cost-effective solution that has enabled us to integrate an alarm system, video monitoring capability, lighting controls, and remote system access with which we are very pleased.

Joe performed the majority of the installation himself. Based on my 20 years of experience in the Information Technology field, it was my assessment that Joe achieved a fine installation and, in the process, remedied some of shoddy work done during previous installations.

After becoming more familiar with the system, we did request some changes due our unique needs which Joe quickly performed at a reasonable price. He went out of his way to ensure we knew how the system operates and has been available for questions, even after normal work hours.

I am very satisfied with the product and solution provided by Mr. Diemer and Sound Communications, and recommend them highly.

I am pleased to offer this letter of reference on behalf of Joe Diemer of Sound Communications. I have worked with Joe over the past four years as he designed, installed and serviced all of the audio, video and computer systems on our family property in Crosslake, Minnesota, which includes three newly built structures: our Lodge, Cabin, and loft style Carriage House.

From the outset of our project, Joe was enthusiastic and clearly knowledgeable about the products and technology needed to fulfill our needs which includes a full house sound system, multiple television/video set ups, and computer networking to serve all of our buildings. Joe has been very accessible to discuss and talk through questions that we may have regarding our systems, and is very accommodating when it comes to scheduling a service call when necessary. Over the course of the past four years, Joe has resolved issues as needed; including the investigation and resolution of problems we faced as the result of a recent lightning strike.

In addition to his professional qualifications and expertise, Joe has a great personality and temperament for working with those less versed in the world and language of technology. My husband and I met Joe Diemer of Sound Communications in during the reconstruction of our lake home. Joe exceeded our expectations in every aspect. He listened to what we wanted for audiovisual, security and music at the home and tailored a system to our request. Beyond customizing the system, he installed and has provided phenomenal service to us.

I’d like to note that while we were reconstructing the Minnesota lake home we were at our permanent home in Pennsylvania. Joe is a professional. He was able to communicate either with us or our contractor as needed to ‘make it happen’. Joe provided us with two outdoor cameras, a whole-house music system, surround sound in family room, TV’s throughout home, blue ray, I-pod docking and wireless internet. The wiring was completed and electronics put in place and ready for our arrival! Upon our arrival, Joe was very patient and spent a good deal of time showing us how everything worked.

What must be reiterated is Joe’s phenomenal service. Calls, texts or emails are returned very quickly (in my experience in less than an hour – or immediately!). We are not tech-savvy and this has been a tremendous benefit.

We would recommend Joe/Sound Communications to anyone contemplating a custom electronics system.
